1 – Appreciate the little things everyday

Embrace the little things every day. There’s no need to be selective about what you appreciate.

If you take a moment to look around, you’ll find beauty in the everyday, and there’s always something to be thankful for.

To begin a habit of showing gratitude, you should begin by noticing and being thankful for every little beautiful thing in your life.
